Our student mission team returned from Memphis, TN, yesterday. Our students served the people of Memphis in a great way. They will be sharing about their time in Memphis tomorrow during both of our morning services. 

Holy Week is this week. We will begin looking at the last week of Jesus’ life tomorrow, on Palm Sunday. Easter week is a massive week in the life of our church. More people are willing to come to church on Easter Sunday, so invite someone. 

We have several events this week at Hopeful Baptist Church as we turn our focus to the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. • Easter Schedule:

  • April 2 - Lord’s Supper from 4-7:30 PM (This will be in the student building)

    • The Lord’s Supper will be served in 30 minute increments. The time slots are at 4 PM, 4:30 PM, 5 PM, 5:30 PM, 6 PM, 6:30 PM, and 7 PM. 

  • April 3 - Good Friday Service at 6:30 PM- Preschool available 

    • This Good Friday we will have 7 preachers sharing briefly on the 7 final words of Christ on the Cross. This will be a special time for our church. 

  • April 5 - Easter Sunday

    • Sunrise Service at 7:00 AM 

      • The Sunrise Service will be in the field facing Price Creek Road. Park facing the Price Creek Road. Stay in your car or bring a chair to sit in. 

    • Worship in Sanctuary at 8:30, 9:45 and 11:00 AM 

      • Preschool and Kid’s Worship available
