Our fall festival took place last Sunday, October 26th. Even with some inclement weather we had a great crowd! It was great to connect with our community. One of our church members stated that he thought over 50% of those in attendance were “unchurched.” We have a desire at Hopeful Baptist Church to reach our community. It is really cool to see the community come to our campus. Thank you to all who helped us make that event go really well. 

• Here are a few events coming up in the life of Hopeful Baptist Church:

• Iron Men Night of Worship - This Monday, November 3rd. Dinner will be at 6 PM in the Life Center with worship following. Dr. David Chauncey, pastor of Westside Baptist Church, will be speaking that night. Men - come and join us. 

• Upward Basketball registration - Starts now! Practices will start in December with the games beginning in January. Cost is $63 Register through our website www.hopefulbaptist.com/recreation

• Rooted Women’s Ministry Event - Saturday, November 15th -Prepare Him Room Brunch from 10-12 PM in the student building. 6th grade ladies and up are welcome to attend.
